Eating and gyming

When you are out gyming you need energy for long periods of time time. This is why you should be eating foods that will keep your blood/sugar level low and give you a constant energy boost, not sugar like products that will spike your energy just for a short period of time. The foods that keep your energy supply going for a long period of time are known as low GI products. Generally most of these products have low GI written on the packaging. These are generally products such as brown bread, seeded bread and so on. Happy gyming!
