The Big Boys!
I would like to congratulate one of the gym members in my area. At the age of 14 years old he is bench pressing 110kgs and playing first team rugby for his school and on top of it all he also plays rugby for the U/16 A pumas squad. I take my hat off to him!

Supplements in school level
In school level the usage of supplements is increasing drastically, especially in rugby! In my opinion certain supplements should be allowed in school level and some not. Schools should employ people who know sports supplements to inform pupils about supplement usage and depending on the age of the person and their physical body should be told what legal supplements should be best for them. Testing should be brought into school level to make the playing field fair. For facts on rugby please visit www.knowrugby.blogspot.com

Solving problems with gym
Most people feel they need to go to gym to get built, ripped and some to even lose weight. These are all good reasons to go to gym. However some people have other reasons to go, some people see gym as a release from stress and helps them to take a timeout for themselves. If u feel angry or emotional, try get yourself to the gym and release some of it!

Rest:
Be sure to have a few days rest between gym sessions. Your body needs time to recover and grow before you gym again. If you take supplements with L-glutamine in them, they will help with the recovery process. If you recover quicker you can gym more and get bigger quicker!
